(a) The applicant shall file with the Building Inspection Department insurance policies and bonds as required by this chapter.

(b) An applicant not licensed under State law as a residential builder or residential maintenance and alteration contractor shall furnish the Department with satisfactory evidence that the applicant has the necessary knowledge, equipment and experience to properly conduct wrecking or moving operations.

(c) The applicant shall furnish the Department with the location of the registered or main office of the applicant, the names of officers or persons owning the business and the name of the general manager and registered agent thereof.

(d) An applicant not licensed as or not exempted from licensure as either a residential builder or residential maintenance and alteration contractor by the State shall pay the license fee as established by the City Commission, as set forth in the schedule provided for in Section 802.24.
