1440.01 ENGAGING IN BUSINESS; LICENSE REQUIRED; EXCEPTION.

No person shall engage in the business of wrecking or moving buildings or other structures in the City without first obtaining a license therefor from the Building Inspection Department. Private garages and minor structures may be moved on private property without obtaining a license.
