Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Plumbing Code, in accordance with Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, the office of the Chief Building Official of the City is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities of the City under such Act. The City hereby assumes the responsibility for the administration and enforcement of such Act throughout its corporate limits.
