(a) As soon as flowers, wreaths, emblems or the like, used at funerals or placed upon graves at other times, become unsightly or faded, they will be removed and no responsibility for their protection or maintenance will be assumed by the City.
(b) The City reserves the right to designate certain shrubs, bulbs, trees, plants, ornaments or other similar items are objectionable and may order the removal of the same.
(c) Except as otherwise permitted, all landscaping shall be under the control of the City, and only the City may make plantings.
(d) Glass jars or bottles shall not be used as vases for flowers.
