(a) No memorial shall be constructed of limestone, sandstone, concrete or other like material subject to crumbling and rapid deterioration.
(b) Persons installing memorials shall be held responsible for any damage resulting from their operations while installing such in a City cemetery.
(c) No memorial shall be allowed without a proper foundation.
(d) Installation of any foundation shall be under the direction of the City and contractors shall first contact the City before proceeding with any work.
(e) No burial structures shall be erected without the permission of the City Commission.
