1064.51 FEE, BONDING AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.

Every person who engages in the business of collection, transportation or disposal of refuse in the City shall meet the fee, bonding and insurance requirements of Section 802.24 of the Business Regulation and Taxation Code. The license year shall be from May 1 to the succeeding April 30 and the fee shall be payable in advance.
