(a) All vehicles of any licensee carrying refuse under this chapter shall have on both sides thereof a sign containing the name of the licensee, with the telephone number and the number of the vehicle, all of which shall be painted thereon in plain and unobscured letters not less than four inches in height. The number of the vehicle shall be registered in the office of the City Clerk.

(b) A person who violates this section is responsible for a Class D Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98.
