1064.47 INDEMNIFICATION.

A licensee shall pay any judgment which may be obtained against the City, alone or jointly with such licensee, on account of any injury or damage to persons or to property by reason of any license granted under this chapter. The licensee shall intervene and defend any such suit or action upon written notice thereof given by the City.
