Application for a license under this chapter shall be made in writing to the City Clerk's office upon blanks furnished by such office and each applicant in such application shall state his or her name, residence and business address, the number, year and style of conveyances and vehicles to be used and owned by the applicant, the engine numbers of the motor vehicles and the places where such vehicles are parked overnight. Such application shall also contain an agreement by the applicant to obey, abide by and comply with all provisions of this chapter and all other laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to the conduct of such business now in force or which may hereafter be adopted.
