Owners and/or occupants of residential premises shall notify the Water Billing Department if such premises are being vacated between billing periods. An owner and/or occupant taking title to or possession of residential premises in the City shall notify the Department immediately to avoid delay in billing and collection procedures.
No charge shall be levied on, and no refuse collection shall be rendered to, the owner and/or occupant of a residential premises when such premises are temporarily vacated by order of the City.
