1064.37 CONTINUATION OF SERVICE; CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY.

Residential premises refuse collection and appropriate charges for service shall continue, regardless of the customer's response to the billing procedure, so long as the residential unit is deemed occupied. The owner of the premises shall advise the City or its contractor of any change in occupancy of the residential unit for purposes of service and billing.
