1064.34 SCAVENGING.

(a) No person shall scavenge refuse left for disposal or recycling or rifle the same, and no person shall damage or destroy bags or containers of refuse placed for storage or collection.

(b) A person who violates this section is responsible for a Class B Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98.
