1064.14 ADDITIONAL REFUSE CATEGORIES.

(a) A person wishing to collect, dispose of or transport any category of refuse not provided for in this chapter must receive approval from the City Manager, and then only in accordance with applicable law and the rules and regulations promulgated under this chapter.

(b) A person who violates this section is responsible for a Class D Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98.
