1064.13 PATHOGENIC AND RADIOACTIVE WASTE.

(a) All pathogenic and radioactive waste shall be disposed of by the hospital or institution generating such waste, in compliance with the Hazardous Waste Management Act of Michigan, Act 64 of the Public Acts of 1979, as amended.

(b) A person who violates this section is responsible for a Class F Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98.
