1064.12 INDUSTRIAL WASTE.

(a) All industrial waste shall be disposed of by the industrial, manufacturing or processing plant generating such waste under such methods and conditions as are approved by applicable law.

(b) A person who violates this section is responsible for a Class F Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98.
