Developments approved prior to the effective date of this chapter shall meet only the requirements in effect when the permit was approved. However, any development utilizing any portion of the City's stormwater management system is bound by the requirements set forth in Chapter 1047. As such, the City may require previously authorized developments to come into compliance with the pollution prevention measures set forth in this chapter.
