1022.16 OWNER'S LIABILITY.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to relieve any property owner, occupant, tenant or lessee from legal responsibility for permitting slippery or dangerous conditions to exist upon sidewalks adjacent to and abutting upon property owned or occupied by such person regardless of whether or not such sidewalks have been cleaned by the City.
