1022.02 SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR.

(a) No person shall construct, rebuild or repair any sidewalk otherwise than in accordance with the line, grade, slope and specifications established by the Director of Public Works.

(1975 Code Sec. 4.62)

(b) A person who violates this section is responsible for a Class D Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98.
