1020.17 PARADES; PERMIT REQUIRED; VIOLATION IS A MISDEMEANOR.

(a) No person shall conduct a parade upon any street without first obtaining a permit as outlined in Chapter 410, specifically UTC Rule 447 Local Amendment.

(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
