850.25 EXEMPTION FOR SERVICE PURSUANT TO CONTRACT WITH CITY.

This chapter shall not apply to any person operating a regularly scheduled limousine service to and from the Terminal Building at W.K. Kellogg Regional Airfield for the transporting of persons or baggage pursuant to a contract with the City.
