850.21 AIRPORT TAXICAB PERMITS REQUIRED.

No person shall transport passengers for hire from the Terminal Building at W.K. Kellogg Regional Airfield unless a permit to do so is issued by the City Clerk as hereinafter provided, nor unless such person is duly licensed to operate a taxicab by the proper authorities of a municipality of the State.
