845.09 INTERPRETATIONS WITH OTHER ORDINANCES.

This chapter shall be interpreted so as to be consistent with any other applicable ordinance, provided however, in the event of any conflict between this chapter and Chapter 1022, "Sidewalks", the provisions of this chapter shall prevail.
