845.02 AREA OF APPLICABILITY; PROHIBITION.

(a) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the public sidewalk located along Michigan Avenue, between Division Street on the east and Carlyle Street on the west in downtown Battle Creek.

(b) Except as permitted by this chapter, sidewalk cafes are prohibited.
