The discharge of a firearm, bow and arrow or crossbow under this chapter shall not constitute a violation of Chapter 618, provided that such discharge is not made carelessly, willfully, wantonly or recklessly, without due caution for the safety of persons or property adjacent or within the premises of a shooting gallery, target area or gun club licensed pursuant to this chapter.
