Violations of this Chapter may result in one or more of the following penalties:
(a) Denial, suspension, or revocation of the license;
(b) Issuance of a Municipal Civil Infraction where specifically provided;
(c) Where no specific penalty is provided, the violation is a general Code penalty as provided for in Section 202.99; and
(d) All other civil and/or criminal remedies available under law.
