As used in this chapter:
(a) "Garage sale" means any casual sale of tangible personal property, not otherwise exempted by this chapter, which sale is advertised by any means whereby the public at large is or can be made aware of such sale, including, but not limited to, attic, basement, flea market, lawn, porch, rummage and yard sales.
(b) "Person" means a natural person, firm, partnership, association or corporation.
(c) "Public right of way" means land reserved, used or to be used for an alley, street or walk easement.
(d) "Sign" shall have the same meaning as that contained in Section 1296.03(v).
(e) "Tangible" means having or possessing a physical form.
