805.10 USE OF PREMISES FOR GAMBLING OR DRUG TRAFFIC.

No person shall use an amusement device in an unlawful manner or for an unlawful activity. Each owner shall take reasonable measures to ensure that the location of an amusement device is not used for gambling or wagering of bets or for the unlawful use or sale of controlled substances. Failure to comply with this section may result in the suspension or revocation of all licenses at that location.
