A person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Sections 802.19, 802.20 or 802.21, regarding the display of licenses, or Section 802.22 regarding the transfer or misuse of a license, is responsible for a Class D Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98 and any other relief that may be imposed by the court.
