802.13 LICENSE ISSUANCE; RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT OF FEE.

If the application for any license is approved by the proper officers of the City, as provided in these Codified Ordinances, such license shall be granted and shall serve as a receipt for payment of the fee prescribed for such license.
