662.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the following criminal penalties:

   (a)   For a first offense, a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00);

   (b)   For a second offense, a fine of not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and imprisonment for not less than ten days nor more than ninety days;

    (c)   For a third or subsequent offense, a fine of not less than four hundred dollars ($400.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and imprisonment for not less than thirty days nor more than ninety days.
