642.05 REMOVAL OF LITTER FROM VACATED PREMISES.

A person who is moving from any dwelling, storeroom, apartment or other building or grounds in the City shall, within forty-eight hours after vacating or moving from such premises, remove or cause to be removed from such buildings and grounds, including outbuildings on the premises, all litter.
