620.99 PENALTY.

(a) A violation of Sections 620.02, 620.03, 620.04, and 620.05 is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or 90 days in jail.

(b) A violation of Section 620.06 is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or 93 days in jail.
