618.21 UNAUTHORIZED TICKET SALES.
   No person shall offer for sale in a public place or thoroughfare, or receive from a person for the sale of, one or more tickets to a theater, circus, athletic grounds or other place of public entertainment or amusement, for a price in excess of the admission advertised, printed or charged for a seat or the privilege of admission, unless the owner, lessee, operator or manager of the place of public entertainment permits such sale in writing. The written permission to charge in excess of the advertised or printed price shall be limited to the sales of tickets at locations other than the box office where the event occurs.
