618.13 OBSTRUCTING PASSAGE OF THE PUBLIC.
   Any person who occupies any street, sidewalk, park, public building, or any other public place, and conducts himself or herself, either alone or together with other persons, so as to obstruct the free and uninterrupted passage of the public, after having been ordered by a police officer not to do so, or to stop doing so, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and/or ninety-three days in jail.
