(a) During the course of any personal inquiry, other investigation or administrative hearing, the City Manager may request an employee to attend and give testimony relevant to the proceedings. Such requests shall not be made if they in any way violate an individual's right to privacy or any other constitutional protection.
(b) Employees who refuse to attend required meetings, or to give requested testimony, may be subject to disciplinary action, as described elsewhere in this Title.
