294.13 DENTAL PLAN.

(a) Employees represented by an employee organization shall be covered under the dental provisions, if any, of the collective bargaining agreement in effect.

(b) The City shall maintain a Dental Plan for nonrepresented employees. A copy of this Plan and information pertaining to it shall be available to all nonrepresented employees in the office of Employee Relations.
