294.12 LIFE INSURANCE.

(a) Employees represented by an employee organization shall be covered under the life insurance provisions, if any, of the collective bargaining agreement in effect.

(b) The City shall maintain a Life Insurance Plan for nonrepresented employees. A copy of this Plan and information pertaining to it shall be available to all nonrepresented employees in the office of Employee Relations.
