(a) Employees represented by an employee organization shall be covered under the health insurance provisions, if any, of the collective bargaining agreement in effect.
(b) The City shall maintain a Health Insurance Plan for nonrepresented employees. A copy of this Plan and information pertaining to it shall be available to all nonrepresented employees in the office of Employee Relations.
