All permanent full-time employees who leave City service by retirement, death, discharge or resignation shall receive pay for unused accrued vacation as provided in the vacation policy. Those employees with unused accrued sick leave shall be paid for their unused accrued sick leave as provided in the sick leave policy. Terminal pay shall be paid to the employee or his or her designated beneficiary and made available in the office of Employee Relations after all equipment issued by the City has been returned.
