The Classification Plan shall be composed of job classifications and job descriptions. The descriptions are not meant to be inclusive but to provide the employee and the employer with an understanding of the general nature of the job, including the kind and responsibility of the work performed. A job description should be read and understood in its entirety. No part should be considered alone but in relation to the complete description.
