276.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.

Except as otherwise provided herein, the Downtown Development Authority shall exercise such powers and duties as are provided by and in accordance with the provisions of Act 57 of the Public Acts of 2018 of the State, being MCL 125.4201 et seq., including, but not limited to, the definition of a development area, the origination of a development plan and the implementation of a development program, as provided in such Act.
