274.04 MEETINGS; RULES; OFFICERS; QUORUM.

The Human Relations Board shall meet not less than once each month and may adopt such rules as it deems expedient for the conduct of its business. The Board shall elect a Chairperson and such other officers as it deems necessary. The Board is hereby authorized to meet in the City Hall or such other place as may be adequate to conduct its business. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of its business.
