264.03 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Housing Commission shall have all the powers and duties permitted to be vested in housing commissions pursuant to Act 18 of the Public Acts of 1933, Extra Session, as amended, and any laws heretofore or hereafter enacted pertaining to housing commissions. It is the intention of this section to vest the Commission with all the powers and duties permitted by law.
