244.03 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC TRANSIT.

The head of the Public Transit Department shall be known as the Public Transit Director. The Public Transit Director shall be appointed by the City Manager pursuant to Section 222.02 and shall be directly responsible to and report to the City Manager or their designee.
