232.01 SETTLEMENT OF LAWSUITS OF TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000) OR MORE.

The advice and consent of the City Commission is hereby required prior to the settlement of any lawsuit in which the City will pay twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) or more.
