The Comptroller of the City, which position is provided for in Section 5.4 of the City Charter, is hereby designated the Director of Revenue Services of the City. All references throughout these Codified Ordinances to the Director of Revenue Services or the Revenue Services Director mean the Comptroller of the City. All references throughout these Codified Ordinances to the Department of Finance or the Finance Department mean the Comptroller and all personnel directly under their supervision.
