210.08 CONDUCT OF BUSINESS AT EMERGENCY LOCATIONS.

During the period when City business is being conducted at an emergency temporary location, the City Commissioners and other officers of the City shall exercise, at such location, all of the administrative and legislative powers and functions conferred upon them by the laws of the State, the City Charter and these Codified Ordinances.
