210.07 TEMPORARY LOCATIONS FOR SEAT OF GOVERNMENT.

Whenever, because of a disaster in the State due to an enemy attack upon the United States, it becomes imprudent, inexpedient or impossible to conduct the affairs of the City, the City Commission may meet at Marshall, Michigan, or at any other place in or beyond the County on the call of the Mayor or any two members of the City Commission.
