206.01 VOTING PRECINCTS.

The City shall consist of five wards, divided into precincts, to be numbered and described as specified by ordinance or resolution. Ordinances or resolutions describing voting precincts shall not be deemed amendments to these Codified Ordinances but shall be considered special ordinances.
