Section 13.3. Form of Ballot .

The form of the question on submission of this Charter shall be as follows:

Shall the proposed Charter of the City of Battle Creek, drafted by the Charter Commission which was elected November 2, 1959, be adopted?

   Yes      No

and shall also be set forth on paper ballots, for absentee voting, in the usual manner.
